Fred & his amazing staff went above and beyond. 1st Id like to extend my deepest condolences for the sudden loss of Alex; to all those that knew and worked with him. May his family & friends find peace and may he rest in peace. We moved about a year ago to our new place and unfortunately many experts that came around could not figure out our issue (including "knowledgeable " plumbers) Everyone was stumped as to why we had no hot water or why heating would turn off. Many may just think it's just a system you upgrade to and doesn't matter. It does make a huge difference. My family & I struggled for a year with issues. Imagine trying to take a 5 minute shower and running into cold water in less that 2 minutes or trying to keep warm in freezing cold weather. Because of our issues we had to keep up with our hygiene either elsewhere or take showers less frequently to avoid the cold water/ cold room. I'm very grateful that I got to express my gratitude to Alex & Angel and made sure they knew what a huge impact they had on our daily lives. My family will be forever grateful and never forgetting what you guys did for us. Alex & Angel went above and beyond. After installation we still had issues with water but they triple checked their work and still continued to assist. Thankfully it was a simple fix that Alex figured out and helped us with even though it was not part of their installation ( issue was with the person who installed our shower) Alex & Angel deserve recognition for being respectful, listening to customers and also not being hesitant to jump in and assist. Throughout the process Fred was a pleasure to work with and very understandable & supportive throughout the process. Thank you to Fred & his team (Alex, Angel & Eric) for an amazing job.

Fred and his team are organized, prompt, and efficient at what they do. They are very responsive if anything needs to be fixed as well. Truly an excellent job and satisfied with the overall experience. Will definitely use again. Glad I went with hvac plus! Thank you!!!
